Please Fund Sampson Sunday!
Hello, my name is Sampson Sunday. I really appreciate you taking a moment to read my story.
I was born into a lower middle class family in Akwa Ibom, Nigeria.
I lost my mom when I was still little and can’t remember any memory of her except in pictures.
I didn’t have a good relationship with my dad.
All I wanted was to attend school but he didn’t believe in the value of a good education.
My primary education was through a small scholarship and after it ran out, I decided to leave home to find work in the nearest larger city so I could save money to further my education. I left the money I saved with my dad so I could continue to work and save more. After getting back home my dad told me he had spent the money. I felt betrayed by my own dad and our relationship deteriorated even further.
At that time he told me his dad didn’t send him to school. My dad said that’s why he did nothing about my education and even frustrated my efforts to acquire a higher education.
My teenage years were not fun, as I was depressed and at some point I avoided everyone.
Books became my only companion. I am self educated through reading books.
A few years later I lost my dad to prostate cancer. I was left alone to raise my two younger siblings with nothing to start with.
I still want to further my education and have decided to learn coding. I can learn a lot online but I need a computer and funds for courses and internet service.
Any money donated will be greatly appreciated and used for the purpose of my education so I can make enough to take care of my siblings.
Thank you in advance. The education will allow me to get a much higher paying job so I can financially help my siblings with their education as well.
One of my biggest goals is to eventually go to the United States. I want to go legally after I have completed the coding courses and I am employed. I am also looking for a business that will sponsor my work visa.
**** Please help Sampson Sunday get a computer so he can learn coding. He also needs funds to pay for coding courses. He already started by learning as much as he can watching videos online to start, but only has a cell phone. He really needs a computer to practice writing code. Thank you for your support and donations, Alexis Stuart, president.
